In every project, we assign full-time Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) experts to safeguard the well-being of our field teams and offer regular training to continuously strengthen their competencies. We aim to nurture a technically skilled, qualified workforce not only for our company but also to meet the broader needs of our industry. Occupational Health and Safety lies at the core of our operations, in line with international standards. We analyze all potential risks before each project begins, update them through ongoing field inspections, and develop emergency action plans. All equipment is inspected and maintained in compliance with safety regulations. With a participatory management approach, we evaluate all on-site situations and address them within a continuous improvement culture that values learning and collaboration.
