Our Approach

Our employees are our most valuable asset.
Our people-first OHS approach is not only a corporate culture but also the foundation of our understanding of quality, sustainability, and reliability. At the core of every solution we produce lies our responsibility for the health, development, and labor of people.

In all our projects, full-time OHS experts are assigned to ensure on-site safety, and the competence of our teams is continuously improved through regular training.
We aim not only to strengthen our own workforce but also to contribute to the development of a technically skilled, qualified, and well-equipped labor force that the industry needs.

Occupational Health and Safety is an integral part of all our operations, conducted in compliance with international standards and national regulations.
All potential risks are analyzed prior to project initiation, regularly updated during site inspections, and addressed with comprehensive emergency action plans.
All equipment used is inspected in accordance with standards, and maintenance is carried out on time.
With a management approach shaped by employee participation and feedback, every situation is handled within a culture of continuous improvement.

Purpose

GTR considers creating a healthy, safe, and sustainable working environment—and protecting the health, safety, and well-being of its employees—as a fundamental priority.
Our goal is not only to meet legal requirements but to build a preventive, participatory, and continuously evolving OHS culture.

Policy Principles

  • Employee Safety:
All necessary measures are taken to ensure that employees work in a safe environment. Risks are regularly assessed and controlled to prevent occupational accidents and diseases.
  • Legal Compliance:
OHS practices are carried out in full compliance with national legislation and international standards; all processes are regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Training and Awareness:
Employees participate in regular OHS training sessions and are informed about safe work practices, individual responsibilities, and emergency procedures.
  • Preventive Approach:
A proactive, not reactive, understanding of OHS management is adopted. Potential hazards and risks are identified before they occur, and necessary preventive measures are planned and implemented. Prevention forms the foundation of all OHS activities.
  • Risk Management:
All potential hazards are regularly analyzed, and risks are minimized through preventive actions. Employees are encouraged to immediately report any hazards or “near-miss” incidents they observe.
  • Equipment and Material Safety:
The compliance of all equipment and materials with safety standards is verified, and maintenance is performed on time. The possession or use of substances that threaten workplace safety is strictly prohibited.
  • Emergency Preparedness:
Effective plans are developed for potential emergencies, tested through regular drills, and updated as needed.
  • Employee Participation:
Employees’ opinions, suggestions, and observations are valued, and their active involvement in maintaining a safe workplace is encouraged.
  • Continuous Improvement:
All OHS processes are regularly reviewed, performance indicators are monitored, and opportunities for improvement are continuously evaluated.
