2022- Spie Excelsius

With over 25 years of expertise, Excelsius is a globally recognized company specializing in hot services. Today, Excelsius operates within the Germany-based SPIE Group, serving hundreds of furnaces every year.

Thermal regenerator cleaning

Following the Excelsius agreement, GTR successfully carried out furnace heat-up operations for major Turkish glass manufacturers such as Şişecam, Düzce Cam, and Baştürk Cam. In the long term, our goal is to provide fast and effective services to Turkish glass producers through local technician training and equipment investment within Turkey.

2022- Spie Fios

Franke Industrieofen Service (FIOS), with 17 years of experience, is an expert in furnace inspection and monitoring. Using their in-house developed Fioscope® camera system, high-definition images and videos can be captured inside operating melting tanks, while thermography enables monitoring of temperature distribution during operations.

Additionally, their Fiosens® tank-bottom sensor system detects erosion and corrosion, helping companies manage investment risks effectively.

As part of the SPIE Group, FIOS provides independent inspection reports, identifying furnace problems, wear zones, and risks, as well as optimization opportunities through simulations. FIOS inspects dozens of glass furnaces annually and offers continuous monitoring services to more than 65 furnaces worldwide.

2025- IRF Europa

Founded in 1990, IRF is a globally recognized specialist in hot repair for glass furnaces. With offices across four international locations, IRF extends furnace life and efficiency while production continues, eliminating downtime.

Together with IRF, GTR delivers a full scope of hot repair services for industrial and glass furnaces, supporting clients with safe, efficient and uninterrupted furnace operations.

In 2025, IRF and GTR signed a cooperation agreement to jointly serve the Turkish glass industry. In a short time, they have successfully delivered services to leading companies such as Şişecam, İzocam, and Düzce Cam.
