Tableware furnaces consist of units that enable the fusion, refining, cooling, and homogenization of raw materials to prepare them for forming. Designed for continuous operation, these furnaces offer a service life of up to 15 years when properly planned and engineered with high-quality project design.

Tableware glass furnaces have daily production capacities ranging from 20 to 300 tons.
Depending on the design, they can be equipped with regenerative or recuperative systems, both aimed at minimizing energy and heat losses and ensuring high thermal efficiency and stable furnace operation.
Through precise engineering and quality-focused execution, GTR ensures that each furnace delivers consistent performance, energy efficiency, and operational longevity.
GTR has successfully completed a more than 20 tableware glass furnace projects to date. These projects have been carried out in countries such as Türkiye, Egypt, and Bulgaria, with furnace capacities ranging from 100 to 300 tons per day. In each project, refractories erection and dismantling, hot repair, technological steel fabrication, and furnace heat-up processes were executed with the highest precision. With over 20 years of experience in glass melting furnaces, we also provide comprehensive turn-key project solutions.
"Manufacturing household glassware requires a balance of flexibility and precision. GTR offers customized solutions for tableware glass furnaces, designed to handle frequent color changes and various production speeds without compromising quality.Whether for soda-lime or crystal glass, our tableware glass furnaces utilize superior feeder and forehearth refractories to ensure thermal homogeneity. This results in defect-free products with the clarity and brilliance demanded by the consumer market."
