Position : Business Development Manager
Reports to : General Manager
Organization : We are a growing company operating in the field of glass production
technologies and industrial furnace solutions. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our expansion in both local and international markets.
Sector : Glass furnace manufacturing, industrial process optimization, and project-oriented engineering services
Role Purpose
The Business Development Manager will drive sustainable growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the glass furnace and industrial furnace sector. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, building strategic client relationships, and leading commercial initiatives in close collaboration with technical teams, with a focus on delivering high-value, technically driven solutions in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in glass furnace and industrial furnace projects
- Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio while acquiring new clients
- Lead business development and sales activities in domestic and international markets
- Coordinate with technical teams during proposal and project development processes
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering,
- Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and driver’s license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with data-driven analytical mindset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development in industrial CAPEX projects

- Industrial furnaces (especially glass furnaces)
- Refractory materials
- CAPEX related to glass manufacturing industry
