EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

This Explicit Consent Text has been prepared for the purpose of obtaining the explicit consent of the personal data subject regarding the processing of their personal data within the scope of the matters explained in detail in the Information Text prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

Explicit Consent Text for Employee Candidates

This Explicit Consent Text informs employee candidates about the processing, storage, and transfer of personal data during the recruitment process in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK). Within this scope, candidates are informed about the types of personal data collected during job applications, the purposes for which these data are processed, the legal grounds for processing, and the rights of the data subjects. The consent also covers the storage of information submitted during the application process, the possibility of contacting candidates for future positions that match their qualifications, and the potential transfer of personal data to the company’s group companies, business partners, or overseas systems used for operational purposes. By providing explicit consent, candidates acknowledge that their personal data may be processed and retained within the framework explained in the related information text.

By the Information Text for Employee Candidates (“Information Text”) prepared by Glasstech Fırın Refrakter Çelik İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Company”), acting in its capacity as the data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK” or “Law”), I have been clearly and comprehensibly informed about the categories and contents of personal data processed about me; the purposes of processing, the methods of collection and legal grounds, the identity of the data controller, and the rights I possess. I have also been informed that my personal data may be transferred abroad only in cases where I have provided explicit consent, or in cases stipulated under KVKK, and provided that adequate protection exists in the recipient country, or, in the absence of adequate protection, where adequate protection is committed by the data controller in the relevant country and permission is obtained from the Personal Data Protection Board.

Within this scope;

I hereby give / do not give my consent
to the processing and transfer of my general personal data collected by the methods specified in the Information Text, as well as my special categories of personal data (such as health data, criminal conviction and security measure information, etc.) that I have provided during the application process, primarily for the evaluation of my job application submitted to your Company and for the purposes detailed in the Information Text.

Based on the information provided to me pursuant to Article 10 of KVKK, I hereby give / do not give my consent
to the storage of all kinds of information submitted to the Company during the job application process, including but not limited to the information provided in job application forms, résumés, and interviews, as well as information obtained from third parties regarding my suitability for the applied position, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of evaluation of my application, and to being contacted in the event a suitable position matching my skills and competencies arises in the future.

I hereby give / do not give my consent
to the transfer abroad of my personal data and special categories of personal data voluntarily shared by me, due to the fact that the infrastructure servers of the electronic systems used by the Company are located abroad and that services such as Office 365 may automatically transfer data abroad, and that I have been duly informed by the Company regarding this matter within the scope of the Law.

I hereby give / do not give my consent
to the sharing of the personal data of the persons whom I have provided as references during my job application with the Company, and to allowing the Company to contact such persons for the purpose of conducting reference checks, on the basis that the necessary information/permissions regarding the sharing have been duly provided/obtained.

I hereby give / do not give my consent
to the transfer of the information subject to this Explicit Consent Text to the group companies and business partners of the Company and to being evaluated by these companies for recruitment purposes.

I hereby declare, acknowledge, and undertake that I freely, knowingly, and explicitly consent, without being under any influence, to the matters marked as “I give my consent” as stated above.
