Position : PMO Manager
Reports to : General Manager
Organization : An industrial manufacturing and engineering company operating across international and domestic markets, in the midst of a structured growth and organizational maturity process.
Sector : Glass furnace manufacturing, industrial process optimization, and project-oriented engineering services
Role Purpose
We are looking for a PMO Manager who will establish, standardize, and manage project governance, planning, reporting, and performance tracking across all projects.
This role plays a central part in connecting engineering, procurement, logistics, finance, and site execution — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop standardized project delivery frameworks, procedures, and documentation
- Define PM workflows, communication protocols, and reporting structures
- Create and maintain project KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Ensure alignment with contractual, commercial, and technical requirements
- Own the integrated master schedule and key milestone planning
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Site teams
- Manage progress reporting and performance tracking across multiple projects
- Support risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and decision-making processes
- Monitor project execution health and anticipate deviations
- Lead cost, timeline, and resource tracking
- Prepare executive-level reporting for senior management & stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and organizational learning across projects
Experience & Capabilities
- 10+ years project management experience in industrial / engineering / construction / EPC environments
- Strong understanding of project life-cycle (engineering → procurement → logistics → construction/site → commissioning)
- Experience developing PM standards, workflows, or PMO structures
- Excellent analytical, planning, and coordination skills
- Strong communication, documentation, and reporting discipline
- Familiarity with planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalents)
- Fluent in English; a second language is an asset
